Ready-to-Ship Orders: These are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation

Custom Orders: They are dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation

One-of-a-Kind & Bespoke Orders: Timelines and prices for one-of-a-kind and bespoke pieces are shared after your design consultation. We'll keep you updated at every step

3. Domestic Delivery Timelines: Days taken to deliver are from the date of dispatch

  • Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara: 2-3 working days
  • Metro cities: 3–4 working days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 working days
  • Remote pincodes: May take longer

4. Domestic Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹699 within India
  • Standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply for orders below ₹699
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹219 per order available across most of India
  • COD is not available for all pincodes due to logistical constraints. We apologise if we are unable to cover your location
  • Partial COD is applicable for customised orders and all orders above ₹10,000. A partial advance payment will be required at the time of placing the order

5. International Shipping

  • Flat shipping fee: ₹3,000 per order
  • Delivery time: 10–12 business days from dispatch
  • Free shipping may be offered for bulk international orders; contact us to discuss
  • All applicable duties and taxes are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. These are payable directly to the shipping agency upon delivery.
  • In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer being unreachable or refusing the parcel, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

6. Our Courier Partners: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

  • Local & same-city deliveries: Anjani Courier Service, DTDC, India Post, Blue Dart
  • Pan-India COD orders: Delhivery
  • International orders: FedEx and other international courier partners

7. Important Delivery Notes

  • Please provide accurate and complete delivery details. Dhaaga Life is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
  • Do not accept a package if the outer box appears tampered with or damaged
  • Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not counted as working days for delivery timelines
  • Dhaaga Life is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political disruptions, or courier delays

8. Proof of Delivery & Lost Packages: Proof of Delivery (POD) can be shared upon request. In an unlikely event where a package cannot be located after being marked as delivered, please contact us, and we'll do our best to assist in resolving the issue
