RETURN POLICY: Exceptional quality and attention to detail are our motto at Dhaaga Life. Every item you purchase is made with utmost care and perfection, and delivered in superior packaging. Hence, we feel privileged to guarantee to you that you will not want to return them!

Since we put so much love and effort into making every piece, we follow a strict No Return policy for all our orders.

EXCHANGE POLICY: In case you need to exchange the product due to size or colour, you will have to courier the product back to us in exchange for a new product or store credit.  Our team is also readily available and happy to answer your questions before you make your purchase! DAMAGE POLICY: Do not accept if your courier package is tampered with on delivery. If you received your order has a manufacturing defect, please contact  +91 8291234595 or dhaagalife@gmail.com to file a claim within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. All our products are packed under CCTV surveillance. 

Domestic Shipping
We know you can’t wait to get your hands on our products. We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and provide you with the shipping details at the earliest.

We provide free shipping to everybody residing in India. We also provide Cash on Delivery to most parts of India. Although, we apologize if we are unable to cover your pin code due to logistic constraints.

You can expect your order update within 1-2 days after placing your order with us. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email where you can track your parcel. Sometimes, due to unavoidable circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, riots or local unrest to name a few, your parcel might be delayed. Please bear with us that natural calamities are an Act of God and we would be helpless in such a situation.

We will provide you with the "Proof of Delivery" for your order. However, we are also not responsible for packages that show as "Delivered" to you but are lost or not received by you.  Please check the tracking details to see who has received the parcel at the address given by you.
